New Suaoki 2000 A starter won't start our van when battery is flat. The old unit we have starts it every time although it's the same model. Expensive and disappointed

BUT lose one star for packaging. A big box with a battery in it, then empty space stuffed with sheets of polystyrene. Non recyclable and makes a mess.
I purchase bottled beer in a case of 24 and all the packaging is recyclable. Egg box type cardboard so it can be done.
Ordered product using recommendation, product arrived as and when stated, used method shown to change battery without losing radio and other codes and the transfer was seamless.
So far so good. As long as battery doesn’t die... And if it does hopefully they will honour the warranty.
Price good.
Website easy to use.
Bought item New Years night during a Covid lockdown, so was not expecting next day delivery, but item took nearly a week for delivery hence only 4 stars.
Would use again.
